All teachings, services, programs, products, and digital content presented by Adara Moselle are offered through and legally owned by 100kHearts Center for Healing & Empowerment, a Georgia-based 508(c)(1)(a) faith-based nonprofit religious organization.

Our offerings—including but not limited to classes, memberships, workshops, retreats, one-on-one sessions, audio/video content, written materials, digital downloads, and physical goods—are part of the sacred ministry and spiritual mission of the organization. They are grounded in our religious beliefs, spiritual philosophy, and sacred healing traditions.

All content created and facilitated by Adara Moselle is the intellectual property of 100kHearts Center for Healing & Empowerment. This includes (but is not limited to) videos, writings, graphics, rituals, practices, curriculum, and proprietary healing frameworks. No portion may be copied, shared, reproduced, sold, or repurposed without explicit written permission.

PAYMENTS AS DONATIONS

All financial contributions made to access any content, service, or experience are considered voluntary tax-deductible donations in exchange for access to spiritual teachings, personal development experiences, or community-based support in alignment with our faith-based mission.

No portion of any payment is construed as a fee for service in a commercial or secular context.
